I liked the location and parking. I liked having direct access to my room from the parking lot, without having to go through the main lobby to get there. I was glad that the AC worked. I liked the Handicapped friendly room with a roll in shower access/

The property is close to freeway and close to my daughter. And every time I’m in San Jose to visit I use this hotel rather thru booking or in cash. They treat me like family and they give you privacy, aswell as speedy assistance and housekeeping.

Each side of the bed, had it’s own lights. I was able to check on my car because it was close to my room. I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Thank you.

Room was clean. The bathroom had fresh towels. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly . Room attendance staff was fantastic!!! They were the best part of the stay!
